  We love the food here and service it great, we love that we can come in without booking and still eat the same food that serve in the dining room in the bar. So happy for that they got re-open up after being close due to fire. One day we will come and enjoy the experience in the dining room.

  What a Steak! Had the 500g Rib-Eye and boy was it gooooood. Possibly one, if not the best steaks I've eaten in years. Charcoal edge on the outside, perfectly cooked medium-rare on the inside. Top that off with good sauces, great potato/chips and salad. Serving sizes aren't held back. Yes definitely go here!

  I ordered a medium rare steak which was served as medium, bordering on well-done. When I spoke to the waiter he was really patronising and literally looked down his nose at me. The steak was replaced with one that was medium rare however the waiter was once again pretty rude about it and given this is a pub that markets its steaks as amazing I expected better. It is the third time I have eaten here. Both times previously the food was fine but I won't be going back after this experience. Plenty of good places to eat in the inner west.

  As good as it ever was (and we've been coming here for a solid 5 years now). Even with the chef change. Go for the steak, don't get the bread and butter pudding. The new York strip is a favourite of mine.
